she finally realized that this was her path. In 2001 Linda started her own business, Constant Resources, which provided outsourced
human resources services to small and medium sized companies and career advising and job search coaching to woman who were
seeking a career change. Upon reading an article in the Gazette which featured Stephen Goldberg of Optimus Performance,
she contacted him and the rest is history. It has been a year now since she has become an Associate of Optimus Performance
and while she continues to assist people to achieve their personal best, she herself continues her own personal growth by
taking advantage of the seminars and training sessions offered by Stephen Goldberg. Optimus Performance is committed to

By
WENS Member!
I just wanted to let you know what an absolute
pleasure it was to be on your show, Sherry - you are
the consummate professional. You know how to put
your guests at ease and make them so comfortable
on air! And it was such a great experience. Not only
did I get to meet the other fascinating guests, but
the next day I had several inquiries from prospective
clients who heard me on your show! What great
publicity! Thanks so much!

New initiatives. Fresh starts. Growth spurts. Your

attention, disciplined action, and healthy
relationships.
Are you getting the best possible return on your
investment of time and energy? Run through this ten
point checklist to see whether your productivity
engine is purring along at top speed or in danger of
seizing up.
1. Focus on value. Invest chunks of time in
important projects that arent yet urgent. Its the
best way to keep those projects from cropping up as
crises further down the road. Not sure what adds
value? Then your first step is to tackle some serious
strategizing about work and life in general. Figure out

Chapter WENSday Breakfast
Grand
Opening of WENS North!
Due to the horrific weather on January 18th, we had
to cancel our first breakfast meeting! We have now
pushed our calendar forward by one month.
Why does it seem that nothing is working this week?
My computers acting up, I cant get through to my
clients and my boyfriend doesnt seem to understand
a word Im saying! Sound familiar? Ever get weeks
like that? Perhaps months or years? Theres a reason
why things seem to go awry, and its not always your
fault. Sometimes circumstances are simply beyond
our control. However, if you understand the nature
of the cycles at hand, you can work around them
and sometime even work with them, to your
advantage.
