As a physical education teacher, certified group fitness instructor since 1997 (YMCA and Can-Fit-Pro), Rana Sioufi
has motivated participants in staying healthy and fit for the past 7 years. She enjoys working with young and older adults and likes to see them all participate to a healthy lifestyle! She has
also worked as a fitness coordinator and a gym director and has completed her bachelor degree in communications and advertising
at the Université de Montréal in 1997. Rana has over 10 years of experience in sales, administration, event coordination, marketing and has worked in various
companies until she realized that Fitness was not only her passion but her career of choice and her career goal! With a competing spirit, she took on a fitness competition last June 2003 with World National Sports Organization
(WNSO) and competed for Eastern Canada under the fitness model category and has been interviewed by Radio Canada regarding
the creation of her new company FITForces.com. Rana has noticed a lack of networking services for fitness professionals and awareness programs for people to stay
healthy especially across Quebec and Canada. Her expertise and passion for the fitness field has resulted in the creation and on going development of FITQuebec.com,

entrepreneurs, small businesses owners and
inventors -- "I'd love to hire someone to launch our
publicity campaign professionally, but we can't afford
