Massage is an essential part of our wellbeing. At some point, either consciously or unconsciously, we all incorporate
massage into our daily lives. When our stomach aches we instinctively rub it& or, as I shall say, massage it. We do this intuitively
without knowing that this simple rubbing motion stimulates the body, increasing nutrient-carrying blood flow to the area which
in turn makes us feel better. My name is Anne-Marie Colquhoun of Massage Prestige. I graduated from Concordia University
in the Athletic Therapy program, and then furthered my education with an accredited massage therapy school. It is there that
I discovered my passion for the exquisite art of massage.
My primary goal in establishing Massage Prestige is to provide services that relieve stress and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Our focus is on diminishing work-related tension by entering corporate offices and offering chair massages. These work-related
sessions last approximately 5-10 minutes per person and are both soothing and rewarding. Since I use no oil there is no fear
of soiling clothes. I target the problematic areas: the back, neck, and head. Massaging these problem areas is extremely beneficial;
it decreases muscle tension and reduces anxiety levels. An employee with less stress and muscle tension has less stress-related
absenteeism. More than that, the recognition of stress by management, the physical break in the routine, and the actual massage
increases an employee's morale and productivity. A chair massage is an intelligent benefit an employer can offer their
employees when heavy work periods result in pushed deadlines and high tension. It can also be offered as a reward for service
and loyalty, an inexpensive but smart investment in staff-retention. It is a win-win situation for both the employer and employee.
Although our target at Massage Prestige is to provide chair massages for the workplaces, we are also available for spa
parties, trade shows, staff meetings, sporting events, etc. In addition, for women only, we provide mobile massage services,
allowing you to enjoy the benefits of a soothing massage in the comfort of your own home. Massage Prestige is your key
to easing muscle tension, alleviating anxiety, and devoting precious moments to your own body and its inherent healing abilities.

60-Second
Guide to Fighting Business Burnout
Brought
to you by SCORE Counselors to Americas Small Business
Youve probably heard a great deal about the
rewards of running your own business. But you must
also be aware of the trade-offs and sacrifices that
come with being in charge. Over time, those long
hours, missed weekends and pressure-packed
deadlines may take their toll on your physical and
emotional health, affecting relations with your
employees, family and friends in the process.
Fortunately, there are many good ways to keep
business burnout at bay.
In just 60-seconds, we will get you started on a plan
for keeping your personal priorities balanced with
those of your business.
0:60 Identify the Stressors
What aspects of running your business regularly
cause discomfort or even anxiety? Perhaps you dread
mundane tasks like bookkeeping and filing reports, or
having to make sales calls. You may have customers
who are difficult to work with, or do not pay invoices
on time. And, because you are responsible for
everything your business does, you may find yourself
obsessing about things beyond your control.
0:43 Delegate
One cure for an overburdened mind is to shed some
of your responsibilities. Members of your staff with
specific skills or leadership potential may be good
candidates to take on certain functions. If youre a
solo entrepreneur, it may be time to hire your first
employee or outsource your administrative work to a
part-timer.
