Transtate Properties Ltd has developed over 50 Million dollars worth of commercial,
industrial and residential real estate projects throughout Quebec, Ontario and Nevada over the last 35 years.
Transtate Properties Ltd was incorporated in 1973
after which it then started with the construction of a single-family dwelling built by President and Founder Clifford W Thacker.
The success of this project and a new found passion for construction quickly ignited interest in Thacker to develop the entire
street.
A Real Estate developer
was born.

then went on to develop shopping malls, industrial and commercial buildings, residential communities, and even a paradise
oasis comprised of over 20 luxury water front homes in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Today, Transtate Properties Ltd continues along the same innovative path of development, it
continues to service Quebec and Ontario communities by creating modern residential, office and retail projects.
